Cancellation Policy (Refund Requested)
Any request by a registered event or program participant (registrant) must be received in writing via email to the [email protected]
email address that is provided in your Online Registration Receipt and Registration Confirmation Email.
For fee-based events, a request for cancellation (and a full refund) will be accepted up to the deadline time of 12:00 PM Noon, ten business days in advance of the event. If the cancellation request comes within ten and five business days a 50% refund will be given. No refund will be given if received after the five business day cancellation request deadline. Spring Forest Qigong© must make commitments to suppliers at that time and making changes will result in additional labor costs or penalties. For example, for a Thursday event, your cancellation must be received by 12:00 PM noon Thursday 2 weeks prior to the event for a full refund. If the cancellation request is received after 12:00 pm noon on Thursday 2 weeks prior to the event – 12:00 pm noon on Thursday of the week before the event a 50% refund will be given. Spring Forest Qigong is unable to issue a refund for event registration after Thursday, the week before the event, in this example.
All approved refunds are subject to an administration fee to offset system and financial charges. This fee is based on the per person registration fee for the event or program and will be discussed at the time of the request.
Registrations are non-transferrable; therefore, all registrants must apply all necessary information in order for confirmation.
